Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

GeoOptional provides digital educational content. Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, the product is considered delivered instantly.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are generally not available after access to digital content has been granted.
• Duplicate payments made accidentally will be refunded after verification.
• If payment is deducted but access is not provided due to a verified technical issue, GeoOptional will investigate and either restore access or process an appropriate refund.

Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment, orders cannot normally be cancelled once access has been activated.
